El sentenciado ha reconocido los hechos este lunes ante la sección Segunda de la Audiencia Provincial y ha aceptado una pena de cuatro años y tres meses de cárcel.
La pena será sustituida por su repatriación, tal y como ha explicado el magistrado presidente al delincuente, que tiene antecedentes por hechos similares y a quien se le ha aplicado la agravante de reincidencia.
